The Impact of the Growth and Use of ADR Processes on Minority Communities, Individual Rights, and Neutrals will encourage scholarly dialogue about the effects of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) on minority groups. The proceedings will be published by Capital University Law Review.
The symposium is Capital University Law School's 9th initiative to increase the number of minority ADR neutrals in the field of ADR and to expand its use of ADR into minority communities. Contact Professor Floyd Weatherspoon for more information.
